When you join a LinkUp game with a fee, your payment is held in escrow via Stripe. The host only receives the funds after the game is completed and verified via QR code.
If a game or event is cancelled by the host, you'll receive a full automatic refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Coaching payments are processed through Stripe Connect. Payment is held in escrow and released to the coach after session completion and QR verification.
QR verification confirms attendance at games, sessions, and events. Hosts scan your ticket QR code on arrival, marking it used and triggering payment completion.
